so HAPPY VALENTINES DAY EVERYONE! nothing to special happened this weekend, just lazed around and watched the end of the second season of buffy, fun times

i'm a but sad that my valentine's gift to myself didn't arrive yet, it is Repo the genetic opera, and i really wanted to watch it, but alas it hasn't arrived yet.

so now i must study for alas my first test for the semester is wednesday, and it is chemistry, hopefully i will do good on this one

my last final of the semester is ovah!!!!

and now we get right into christmas, and my break, which hopefully will be more exciting than last year, which i did absolutely nothing, or i at least can't remember doing anything, this year i plan to do something, what that something is I don't know, but i really do want to see Regina Spektor at the end of january but i am not sure if anyone can go with me, but i will try, other than that i think its all work work work

tomorrow i am making pizza with sarah at my grandma's house, that should be fun, maybe ill try to take some pics of the experience XD

my last chem test grade was really really bad, so i think i am going to have to become one with my textbook for the one next week if i want to pass the class, so if i am absentish, don't mind me, i am trying to pass chemistry XD

today i saw the movie 'charlie bartlett' with magdi and vicky, and i have to say that it was an awesome movie, it was a "teen" movie, but it wasn't, wow that was descriptive XD okay it was about this kid that got kicked out of all these private schools for getting into trouble, but he is a nice kid who justs wants to help people and be popular, so he kinda becomes the shrink for his new public school, and yeah its kinda awesome, but i don't want to spoil it

so apparently the prince of tennis manga has just officially ended and that makes me a very sad panda, and slightly paranoid cause i really really don't want to be spoiled till i am up to it which will be in five years the rate i am going XD so yeah

i also really want the last three episodes of oofuri to be fansubbed, cause really they left ep 23 at a cliffhanger even though i know what happens cause i have read the manga, but still and and yeah its been like a month and half *whines* I WANT MY GAYSEBALL!!!!

lately i have been very into bandom, for example in the past week i have read at least 100 bandom related stories, so yeah i think i have a new obsession, excpet i won't gone near the fandom with a ten foot pole cause it seems to be steeped in wankery, and i am already part of some very wank-fested fandoms naruto and harry potter so i don't need more. But let me just say this, i love band AU, they come up with the weirdest shit, i think some one took a list of 80s movies and just decided to base all stories on them, it is kinda awesome.

oh yeah, i found the most ridiculous yet funny anime/manga/drama thing known to mankind, it is called princess princess D (well the live drama is) it is about three boys chosen from the freshman class of an all boys school, they are made to dress up as girls during the year to cheer up the rest of the boys (in goth loli outfits, that make them really look like girls)

it is made of awesome and nonsensicalness and crack, it also has kenken and saitou takumi in it but that is besides the point

now i am going back to the ridiculously long process of making a picspam, but i am almost done, so it should be up in a couple of days

good news- I got a 96 on my women's studies test which I thought I bombed. YEAH!!!

bad news-that spot thing on my leg isn't going away and it looks kinda gross (i have had it for over a month, kinda getting a bit worried about it), and I am most likely not going to the Motion City Soundtrack concert T_T, I have so many projects to do for women's studies it is not even funny, I got a 14/20 on my intro to arch test, and I got a 68 on my calculus test, and I have no outline or plan for my nanowrimo other than the prologue and the first chapter and nano starts next thursday *faints*

and then...the chem test.

I would like to thank all of you who wished me luck on the test, but alas....it didn't help.

I knew the three chapters the test was on backward, forward, and in chinese, but nooooooo they had to make the test horribly weird and difficult.

I have been in shock and denial for the past few days. So I have been doing all the things that would cheer me up: eating insane amounts of chocolate, watching hot fuzz, eating more chocolate, watching prince of tennis, chocolate, reading naruto, chocolate and ice cream, reading fanfiction, soda and chocolate, and listening to MCR.

And I haven't even told my mom yet about the abysmal grade *is sooooo ded*

And I like chemistry, and I have so much fun in the labs, so why are you doing this to me???? DO YOU WANT ME TO FAIL OUT OF COLLEGE?!?!?!?! HUH??!?!?! Now I am glad I didn't get into NYU (the stupid bastards *grumblegrumble*) because I am obviously not smart enough for it if I can't even pass a fucking first level chem course in a state university, and this is supposed to be my major...ARGH@#$%^&*(!!!! and to think that I want to go to graduate school and get a doctorate, bah!

yeah....this has not been the best last couple of days.

well at least I am coming home saturday and the stuff I ordered from amazon arrived so I can cheer myself up a bit.

Ugh, I have another GLS projec that has to do with the book of poems I had to read (the same book that I based my short story on)

this time we had to wrote a poem using either the first or last line of one of his poems, and hten make a new poem from there.

So I basically flipped through the book at random and let fate decide what line I should use. And now I am posting the poem here.

It is complete crap by the way, and makes absolutely no sense, but I don't thing we are graded on how "good" it is, so whateverz

Well...at the moment I have mixed feelings for chem. I really love the labs. Today was some of the best fun I had in ages, and it was identifying food dyes. But the actual lectures are so god awful boring, I always zone out and fight to stay awake, or I start doodling on my notes (I so have to show you monday's notes, the ratio of pics to chem notes is so in favor of the pictures XD)

And it doesn't help that I got my score from that abominable test I took last week...

I got a 56 T_T *bawls*

But the good news is, I think I passed, not quite sure though, his grading system looks like it was written in punjabi by an eight year old.

Yeah, I just found out yesterday that I have to come up with a project for my women studies class by tomorrow, and I have no idea what to do.

I have to finish my short story by friday and I haven't even reached half way yet.

And I have two back-to-back midterms on the day before my birthday next week.

Yesterday my scalp felt like it was in fire....it was not fun. But I know why it happened, I used my new dandruff shampoo, and apparently when it feels like fire ants are crawling all over your scalp it means it is working XD

Okay, you know when you open your eyes in the dark after having them closed for a while, they take a bit of time to adjust and at first your vision has the black fuzzies. Yeah well...a few days ago my right eye would not defuzz, it felt like I was looking through a black haze, and I was fucking terrified. I kept blinking and rubbing my eyes and they wouldn't focus right. Finally after about five minutes it cleared up. That played right into one of my biggest fears, going blind. For you see, I have slight tears in my retinas, which will have to be lasered if they get worst, and my eye doctor said that if it gets really bad I could go blind. And one if the bad things that can happen to an eye is to have floaters, or tiny bits of your retina breaking off and floating around your eye, I had that happen twice, both in my right eye. Yeah....I just hope I don't go blind, or I seriously would just.....yeah things wouldn't be good. For I am a very visual person, I have photographic memory, and I think in pictures and images, and also I am a book lover, and it is not just the same in Braille, I need to see the book and the illustrations, so if I ever do go blind I would be devastated. So yeah, I hope that never happens again...ever.

In other happier news, I might get to see Motion City SOundtrack in november at roseland, if I can convince my mom to let me go. I also watched the first episode of the Prince of Tennis (to see what all the hubbub was about) and it wasn't half bad.

yeah, I gots to do my intro to arch homework now, argh, great class, but the homework takes too long XD

I have to write a short story for my GLS 101 class (it's like an intro to my school class, and it is really pointless) I have to be inspired/base my ideas on this book of poems we read by Billy Collins called Sailing alone around the room. The book was okay, but it gave me a really cool idea for a short story, now I just need to write it by friday XD

I feel a bit better then I did yesterday, but I am still a bit sad that my first test in college crushed my soul T_T. But what I did/am going to do today will help ease the pain /emo XD

During campus lifetime today was the LGBTA's (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Alliance) guess the straight person panel. And it was hilarious.

Here is how it worked: there were six people sitting on stage, and can ask them any question you fancy to try and help you get their orientation. And there was at least one straight person in the panel. They did this twice with two panels. And the announcer was this funny gay guy with an awesome rainbow feather boa.

And when they mean any question, they mean it. They had questions ranging from "what is your favorite sex toy?" to "what is your favorite movie?" and many in between. A lot of the questions and answers were very funny, and the whole audience was laughing.

And I am proud to say I was right both times :D. But I have to say the first was a little difficult, because the two guys they had up there really didn't give off the gay vibe, but as the questions were answered you can pick it up.

And tonight I am going to the science fiction forum meeting to see what it is like (and whether me and my room mate kim are the only girls there XD) and then I will pop in to animated perspectives (the anime club) shojo night, to see if there are any cool people there.

So if anything interesting happens expect a post on that, XD.

In other news my NaNoWriMo novel idea is taking over my brain (don't know what I am talking about, refer to this post.)

If you look at my school notes you see scribbled ideas such as names of characters, names of towns, little drawings of creatures, and some plot details. And I have to say, the story is taking shape, I almost have a good idea what the main conflict is...almost. XD

OMFG I nearly had a heart attack five minutes ago. I was think about my upcoming Fall Out Boy concert and how neat it was going tp be. Then brain zig zagged over to my impending chemistry exam on monday (which was scheduled beforehand on the syllabus), which as it turns out is out of class time and is at 8:30 PM, then my brain just stopped in its tracks.

WHAT IF I HAD AN EXAM ON THE DAY OF THE CONCERT, WHICH WOULD MEAN IT WOULD BE DURING THE CONCERT!!!! WHICH WOULD MEAN I COULDN'T GO TO THE CONCERT!!!!!!!!!

So I made a scrambled dash for the printouts of my class syllabus, I nearly wept with joy, I didn't have an exam that day, I had one the day after T_T.
