my internet luck, so bad [ 03/10/2008 @ 06:58 ] [ mood | from raging headache ] [ music | momentum- the hush sound ] WHY DO YOU HATE ME INTERNET!!! *SHAKES FIST* *SHOUTS OBSCENITIES* seriously for the past month my internet connection has been so bad, (which is why i have been lax on commmenting, CAUSE IT KEPT BOOTING ME OFF *FROTHS AT MOUTH*) just grrrr *wentzface* XDXD anyway this weekend was mostly funtimes. I went the ridiculously long distance across the street XD to sarah's house on friday, we watched 'Amelie' which is that random french movie that was up for a bunch of academy awards a few years ago, i really really love that movie, if i ever were to create a movie may the world fear that thought XD it may look something like that :D on saturday me and sarah went to the mall, it was great fun, talked about the most random things, made really bad jokes XD, the usual, i bought 'release the bats' which is pete wentz's video of stupid pranks, and it is kinda awesome, if you have a strong stomach. I also bought the movie 'stardust' (which i watched later with my mom) i luff that movie, not only because it was such an awesome neil gaiman book (cause there are differences), but because it is so hilarious, and having a crossdressing gay sky pirate will never get old. I also bought a pair of really neat lime green skull candy headphones. What i didn't get to buy was panic! at the disco's box set thaty i kinda really want, alas, i have only seen it online for like $100, hmmm, oh well. anyway on the way home it was like a hurricane, with the torrential rain and the howling wind, but we persevered, and i made this great joke using a p!atd lyric "the weather doesn't give a damn about you" ahhh good times XDXD later i went to this st patrick's day thing at my church with magdi and her brother rich (not to be confused with my brat if a brother rich XDXD) and yeah we didn't have real deep conversations about the state of the economy, but whatever we had fun anyway, we basically made funny noises, quoted sponge bob, and danced like idiots, but it was still very funtimes. we also decided to relive our child hood by trying to remember all the handgames we used to play, like 'slaps' and 'ms mary mack', and the one that has to do with pizza and you sit in a circle, yeah i don't really remember that one XD sunday was a bit of a crap day, i was woken up by my mother screaming at my brother, and my brother was a complete brat, and i literally had to sit on him to get him to do his hw, which took two and a half hours for three pages of simple hw, i then had to clean the kitchen floor and then i had to run out of the house to my aunt's car for a ride to the train will still dripping wet from the shortest shower known to man /whine yeah it was not fun but my day was made better by the existence of these two videos: 1)brendon urie singing britney never gets old 2) video for 'guilty pleasure' by cobra starship, i would gladly sell my soul to cobra starship, they are made of win [4 Comments] [POST]

[ 03/01/2008 @ 07:49 ] [ mood | bored ] [ music | When The Day Met The Night- panic! at the disco ] this week has sucked, like a lot but all that was erased with my chem lab on thursday, cause guess what? I GOT TO MAKE SILLY PUTTY!!!! FOR A GRADE!!!!! \o/ god i love chem lab but hate lecture and yeah, lab was pretty bitchin, except for the fact i ruined two of my test tubes fucking around with some polymers *weeps* alas....i was doing what the instructed, but after i did that part, then they said to not use the test tubes because the polymer stuff doesn't come out jkfwdlfsdjlkfdskjl yeah so the rock gods may not hate me after all, but i am not saying any thing specific because i don't want to jinx myself, cause that would be very bad, so if i seem cryptic, i have reasons to be, that i will explain in ooo about three months from now XDXD today i saw the movie 'charlie bartlett' with magdi and vicky, and i have to say that it was an awesome movie, it was a "teen" movie, but it wasn't, wow that was descriptive XD okay it was about this kid that got kicked out of all these private schools for getting into trouble, but he is a nice kid who justs wants to help people and be popular, so he kinda becomes the shrink for his new public school, and yeah its kinda awesome, but i don't want to spoil it so apparently the prince of tennis manga has just officially ended and that makes me a very sad panda, and slightly paranoid cause i really really don't want to be spoiled till i am up to it which will be in five years the rate i am going XD so yeah i also really want the last three episodes of oofuri to be fansubbed, cause really they left ep 23 at a cliffhanger even though i know what happens cause i have read the manga, but still and and yeah its been like a month and half *whines* I WANT MY GAYSEBALL!!!! lately i have been very into bandom, for example in the past week i have read at least 100 bandom related stories, so yeah i think i have a new obsession, excpet i won't gone near the fandom with a ten foot pole cause it seems to be steeped in wankery, and i am already part of some very wank-fested fandoms naruto and harry potter so i don't need more. XDXD I think i have fallen in love with cobra starship even more. I watched a couple of videos they had up over at friendsorenemies.com, and just omg they are such goof balls, AND THEY PLAY CRANIUM!!!! i think i am in love :D *fangs up* XDXD i have also added even more pictures to my ridonkulously long picspam of doom that really should have been done months ago, but come on, i needed more pictures of jon walker, for yeah, he is awesome in sexy man form i have also come to realize i still haven't written up concert reviews for motion city soundtrack and fall out boy, and i both saw them in november, fail jen, fail hardcore XD OH OH guess what? i might be able to see p!atd in may, might being the key word right now, but still there is a chance!!! nine in the afternoon~~~ [ 02/11/2008 @ 06:11 ] [ mood | busy ] [ music | we intertwined-the hush sound ] panic! at the disco wins at life, i lovetheir new video for 'nine in the afternoon' it is so something i would do for that song, it was amazing, and they all look so GAH, brendon and ryan and spencer and jon are love, and i really really hate the fact that i can't see them in may, for i have fallen more in love with them, and i can't see them, but that video, the animal masks, the parade, the clocks, the pajamas, and the ryan/brendon moment at the end, and the hugs and the smiles and and...okay i think you might have surmised that i loved the video XD is it just me, or is the next ice age coming? i nearly froze to death today, seriously, i have been in my dorm for a half an hour, and i finally have feeling in all my appendages. *shivers* winter...so...cold...>.< but any way, yeah last week was my mom's first chemotherapy thing for colon cancer round two, and it was not funtimes in my house this weekend because of it. I (gladly) became her slave and all, i even folded my own laundry to put in my suitcase (the only reason i don't do this everytime is that i fail at clothes folding and they always turn out wrinkled which annoys my mom, so she does it because wrinkles are the enemy) but richard was such a brat this weekend, but yeah, one good thing that happened this weekend was that i finally finally beat the two judges in the dreadnought leviathan level in final fantasy XII, it took weeks(ends) of training to do, and well...is it weird that i am so proud that i did it XD, but i pwned their asses :D fear my button mashing you fiends!!! okay, when things get very not funtimes, i usually turn to my favorite links and sites to cheer me up, so i thought, why don't i share them with you people, for there is something hear for every one XDXD my fanfiction.net profile ignore my actual stories, for they are crap, and head on over to my favorites list, which includes things from bleach, harry potter, naruto, prince of tennis, tamora pierce, and...etc. you get the idea, but i must warn you the ration of het to slash leans towards het, but there are some very good slash stories in there, such as the bleach drabbles collection which is mostly slash and very very good *recommends* XD. my youtube profile favorites list has music stuff (fall out boy, mcr, panic at the disco), anime stuff (naruto opening etc) video game stuff (FFXIII trailer etc.) and werid random stuff (charlie the unicorn, the german forklift video, shoes) just go and take a look, i think everybody can find something my fictionpress profile i have put nothing up there (cause i am lazy) but my favorites list has some good stuff, all het stories, for the slash stories on fictionpress are really really bad, and yeah, they are all really good stories there and i heart them muchly neil gaiman’s blog i may or may not stalk this man XD, but he is awesome and great, and puts up a lot of cool things manga scanlations where i find most of my manga my devart favorites list original art creations and fan art from all fandoms, all very very good things my girlfriend and I have argued about little anecdotes by this guy about well things he and his girlfriend argue about XD, all really really funny :D and then comes my del.icio.us list and it is not an innuendo XD, for those of you who have no idea what del.icio.us is, it is a site that acts as a ...kinda like livejournal memories do, if you sign up, they put two buttons on your tool bar, one that take you to your favorites list, and the other one is to tag the page your on, and you can give it things like lj tags to group favorite and you can give it a little description, it is a neat site for my favorite list is far far to long and i realy don't like the lj memories system, so most of the things on there are stories written on livejournal, it also acts like a rec page too if you want to see it that way, and BTW 50% of the stuff here is bandom related, just so ya know XD so there ya go, these are a few of my favorite things cream colored ponies and crisp apple strudels XDXD [2 Comments] [POST]

procrastination is my special attack [ 02/04/2008 @ 05:58 ] [ mood | or unproductive ] [ music | nine in the afternoon~, panic! at the disco ] Today I turned on my computer at 5:30PM all well intentioned to start my home work, and wow look at the time, almost 9PM, so jen, have you finished all your home work? my answer:....um....well, I can explain >.< oh dear you know its bad when it is only a week into the semester and your thoughts look something like this: "home work is for the weak, i have 78 more episodes of prince of tennis to watch, priorities people!" XDXD cause you see, instead of doing anything productive this week, i caved to peer pressure and signed up for crunchyroll, which is a youtube-esque site that hosts asian...things XD weeelll the good news is, i have picked up about 12 new awesome things to watch (for example, i have found the live action sailor moon (again for youtube is a ho and took it down) which is much crack and awesome, and some really cheesy j-movies that are love, the lovely complex live action movie, oofuri (*hearts mihashi* aw i just want to squish him :D), and the live action japan version of the hana kimi drama, which for the record the only reason i started to watch it is because i have a huge fangirlish crush on shirota yuu, who is not even a main main character, but the series is hilarious and so very crack that it has found a special place in my heart XD) and baccano, which so far is pure awesome with a fanatstic jazz riff XD) well you get the idea the bad news, "um, what is this thermodynamics garbage, and why do we need to know it?" there goes my chem grade, or in math "reimanns sums you say? been there done that, sleepy tiem nowai plz" even though i forgot how to do them and that isn't even the worst thing i have done to avoid hw, oh no, i actually started another community (hopefully this one will work better) more details to follow when i get the place gussied up and purty like, and figure out how to make a banner for it *fails at paintshop* XD (and for those who were wondering, it is a naruto oriented thing, so yeah, not a lot of you will be interested in that, but ah well, it shall be grand and epic) and i am concentrating more on figuring out how to defeat the boss in final fantasy XII (and how the limit break system works, seriously, it is harder to understand then my chem text book) then on anything remotely school related oh this will be a grand semester, won't it oh one more thing, for those of you who read the georgia nicolson seris (by louise renninson) (books like angus, things,and full frontal snogging) and if you haven't you really should it is hilarious and so very very british, well, here is the movie trailer i don't know if i should be excited or horrified....alas [1 Comments] [POST]

Do you know who i am? good, neither do i [ 01/27/2008 @ 10:39 ] [ mood | cranky ] [ music | here it goes again-Ok Go ] Alas, I am now back in college, and classes start tomorrow *weeps* and it was such a pain syncing up to the Internet here, it took me a good two hours to make it work, and even though i cursed like a sailor, and was this close to chucking my bouncy ball at my computer screen, it finally worked thank god XD I have been on such a cobra starship faze (the subject line being from Prostitution Is The World's Oldest Profession (And I, Dear Madame, Am A Professional) on viva la cobra) oh gabe, i wouldn't mind being in your basement and watching the OC XD today being my last day of freedom, i tired to be "productive" (well my version of productive) i wanted to watch marie antoinette, but my mom was all yelly and wanted the sheets changed, so that plan got kaboshed 30 minutes into the movie, and then i wanted to play a good two hours of final fantasy XII, i died three times, and in 2 hours, i didn't progress at all *weeps* i will just have to try the level again next week after looking at some walkthroughs XD yesterday my brother went to a movie party, and guess what they saw....cloverfield. keep in mind that my brother is 7 years old, so wtf? he actually liked the movie, and i am jealous cause i wanted to see it, and i still haven't seen sweeney todd yet *tear* i really wanted to, maybe i will bother magdi into seeing it this weekend or something. Also yesterday I went to a hoe down (sp?) type thing, it was a pasta dinner and a night of square dancing, and well...even though it sounds like...well...its a hoe down, but it was actually quite fun, i went with my friends magdi and vicky, and vicky's cousin was also there (who, for the life of me i can't remember her name XD) and we just chatted about the most random things, and danced really haphazardly while laughing hysterically XD ah good times ( and now for a meme ) [7 Comments] [POST]

well hello department of backstory [ 01/25/2008 @ 03:33 ] [ mood | blah ] [ music | the world has its shine-cobra starship ] It would seem that i chopped off five pounds of my hair and streaked it red...again. XD it looks good though, but it is a little shorter than i would like, i can barely get it into a ponytail. And i will cam whore it soon, but not now, i look like a ragamuffin XD (luffs that word XD) I have decided to split up my epic picspam of doom, which i thought would be done by now but it is not, into sections, so it would be easier to handle, so except imminent fangirling within the next month week XD. i have been getting my last hours of final fantasy XII in before i leave on sunday to go back to stony brook NOOOOOOOO THEY CAN'T MAKE ME!!!! and don't you just hate it when your walking your character along and then they just stop to have this long ass cut scene that gives stupid backstory that you all ready know, and they take forever and a day to do it, well i do so no love from me today department of backstory, you where to long and unnecessary but plz to be making your self known in naruto, i kinda want to know some of that, and give me moar yondaime plzkthnx XD i don't want to go back *weeps* i can become a professional slacker or something....
